Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

 

You are purchasing copyrighted materials, and duplication outside of any licensing rights is prohibited.  Refunds are available on single-copy softbound orders only.  You have within five (5) days of receipt of your single-copy softbound order to request a refund; however, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.  Multi-copy softbound and electronic orders are Non-Refundable.  It is strongly recommended that you purchase a single copy softbound guide and review the document prior to placing multi-copy or electronic license order.  Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
